Real food. Real solutions.

Jessica Knight, MS, RD, CDN

Hi All! I am a Registered Dietitian with a Master of Science in Applied Nutrition and Dietetics from Logan University.

Despite growing up in Rochester, NY, I went on a great adventure to complete my dietetic internship with Logan University and their wonderful affiliates in St. Louis, Missouri. Experience in eating disorder recovery and functional medicine clinics helped to shape my practice. My areas of special interest include women’s health, gastrointestinal disorders, and intuitive/mindfulness-based eating.

When I work with patients, I focus on creating a supportive environment to help them reach their nutrition and health goals in a way that works for them, by limiting restriction and building a healthier relationship with food. I emphasize individualized care, incorporate a mind-body approach, and enjoy developing creative solutions leading to sustainable change.

In my free time, I enjoy traveling, vegetable gardening, cooking, playing guitar, and riding my horse in Mendon Ponds Park. Lately, I’ve been geeking out over the gut microbiome and experimenting with food preservation and fermentation (there have been successes and failures!). You’ll often find me working with my boyfriend on our farm in Farmington, NY, restoring the property’s historic barns and dreaming of ways to share what we grow with our community in the future.
